Information technology should be compatible:
- the bombardment indicator works well on some other Win10 laptop (headset ok so.)
- If I use a third app dedicated ($) on the laptop which is impacted, information technology do prove the battery from the app (drivers ok)
I think it's a "setting app" upshot, but sfc & dism didn't discover anything incorrect, I'yard quite lost.
So it is really à Windows internal issue, peradventure at that place is a powershell command line to check information technology just I didn't found it.

I found the solution, the battery is shown with the 'hand free' drivers, not with the 'stereo' one.
The headset use both of them, one for the telephone call and one for the music.
The one used past the stereo doesn't provide the bombardment information, it'southward the hand gratuitous one which delivers information technology.
Comparing the two laptops, I found that my 'mitt free' commuter was the generic Intel 1.
I left the stereo ane, deleted the intel (don't forget to check the driver removal),
And make Windows looking for the correct driver

Hello. What exactly was the process for the battery indicator to testify on windows? I take the latest update of the OS and tin can simply get the battery indicator with a third party software. My headphones, similar yours, have a Hands-costless and a stereo driver so I believe I could be having the same problem you had. I uninstalled the Hands-Free Drivers and reconnected the headphones for windows to reinstall them but at that place's yet no battery level on the settings app.
